SFS - Soft powder transferring moulds
The soft powder transferring mould is also know as SFS mould.
Particularly complex and expensive, this mould requires some adaptations in the press on oledynamic circuit and electronic cycle. SFS is the sole mould that allows to form the tile with "good-face" up and spacer border. For this reason, eliminating the little abrasion due to the extraction phase, this mould is particularly appreciated in porcelain gres production. Considering that the tile is formed with "good-face" up, it's a needful mould also in productions with double powder loading.
