Mosaic moulds
The moulds used for mosaic production can be traditional mirror moulds forming tiles without spacer border, reverse mirror moulds or entering punches moulds with "good-face" down; in this case the tile can have the spacer border.
In case of traditional mirror moulds, the duration calculated in number of strokes is really high also considering that the mould-frame grid is realized in crushproof hardened steel, such as the same upper punches. The fixing of lower punches can be electromagnetic type up to the size 5x5 cm.
